Mechanical Parts
All of our online mechanical parts carry a 6 month limited hassle free money back guaranty unless otherwise noted.
Engine
Warranty void unless: all external parts that are worn, defective, different or missing are replaced; Radiator must be flow tested by a certified radiator shop (warranty requires dated receipt), timing components, oil cooler if equipped, soft plugs, external gaskets & seals, all filters, oil, coolant and water pump are replaced: warranty limited to 90 days from purchase date ; Unauthorized dismantling of heads and block warranty void ; sold as an interchangeable long block. Year and Model may differ. If heat tabs are melted or removed then the warranty is VOID. B&R cannot and will not guaranty miles.
Automatic Transmission
This transmission is sold as an interchangeable unit with a 60 day warranty. We do not guaranty the exact year and model ordered. We remove oil pan and filters to inspect the unit. Customer Responsibility: Replace seals, gaskets, and filters before installing! Torque Converter must be properly seated and aligned to the front pump. Cooling lines must be flushed of debris before installing. Faliure to do any of the above VOIDS WARRANTY. Warranty does not cover leaks or labor charges. Please drain the returned core. B&R cannot and will not guaranty miles.
Manual Transmission
This transmission is sold as an interchangeable unit, we do not guaranty exact year and model ordered. Transmission is warranteed for 60 days from purchase date. Some will come with NO fluid, please check and fill fluid to manufacturer levels. This warranty does not cover fluid leaks, switches, sensors or any labor charges. All returned cores must be drained of fluid please. B&R cannot and will not guaranty mileage on parts.
Air Bag and Air Bag components
This air bag must be installed and inspected by a factory trained and certified technician. Components may be different. Check with the dealer. B&R Co. will assume NO liability or warranty related to this air bag or components. Any recycled airbag that is not installed correctly will subject passengers in a vehicle to risks of serious injuries, including death. The purchaser of a recycled airbag assumes all risks of damages or injuries, including death, which may arise as a result of the improper installation of a recycled airbag. B&R makes absolutely NO warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness for a general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection with any sale of recycled airbags. Recycled airbags are not tested to meet any safety standards. The installer of a recycled airbag must test whether the recycled airbag will function properly. The purchaser of a recycled airbag agrees to accept all risks of damages or injuries, including death, relating to the use of a recycled airbag.
