Do your parts have any warranty?
Answer: Yes, all online orders carry a 6 month guarantee, unless otherwise stated. Checkout out our Warranty Information page for more details.
Can I get a warranty that will cover labor?
Answer: Only if a warranty is available and is purchased by the buyer; Without a written and paid labor warranty, labor is never paid.
Do you deliver?
Answer: We have a fleet of over 30 trucks that deliver to business addresses all over Oregon and Washington. Click here to see What days we go to a specific zip code. Outside of Oregon and Washington, we have daily shipping services, contact us for a quote, or visit our 'Where We Deliver' page for more details.
Do you sell aftermarket parts?
Answer: We have a large supply of aftermarket headlights, taillights, mirrors, regulators, fenders, hoods, axles, harmonic balancers and more. Our inventory changes daily. If you don’t see it online, email us a request.
What if the part I ordered is different than mine?
Answer: If it was our fault, we will issue a call tag and return your money 100%. If it was not our fault you may return it to us for a refund less the freight and a 20% restocking fee of the part price.
