Do your parts have any warranty?
Yes, all online orders carry a guarantee, unless otherwise stated. Check out our warranty information page for more details.
Can I get a warranty that will cover labor?
Only if a warranty is available and is purchased by the buyer. Without a written and paid labor warranty, labor is never paid. See our warranties page for more information.
What is a core deposit?
The "core" refers to your old part; the one you are replacing with a part from B&R. This core deposit is refunded when your old part is returned to B&R. Once B&R has received your core back, we will inspect that it is complete and issue up to 100% of the core deposit back to your credit card. Cores must be returned with 30 days of invoice date. If applicable, cores must be drained of any and all fluid. Any shipping costs are your responsibility. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Do you deliver?
We have a fleet of over 60 trucks that deliver to business addresses all over Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Northern California. Items are also available for pickup at any of our store locations, or can be shipped directly to your home. Contact us if you have any more questions about delivery.
Do you sell aftermarket parts?
We have a large supply of aftermarket headlights, taillights, mirrors, regulators, fenders, hoods, axles, harmonic balancers and more. Our inventory changes daily. If you don’t see it online, contact us.
What if the part I ordered is different than mine?

If it was our fault, we will issue a call tag and return your money 100%. If it was not our fault you may return it to us for a refund less the shipping and a 20% restocking fee of the part price.
